INEA Headquarters
The main building will comprise of an 4 stories high building (Ground +3 levels above ground). They have a Net Office Area of approximately 6,140 m2.the total height of the structure is 20 meters from ground level, and the gross area is about 10,000 m2. A Surface car parking serves the building and a service vehicular access and entrance are provided to serve the building.
The project aims to provide a New headquarters building, that promotes success, efficiency and productivity. A luxurious grand entrance hall that enhances the workplace environment and provide visual connectivity across the floor plates. Moreover, a unique and dynamic landscape that highlight the building and its function.
The building aims to become an iconic landmark that reflects the INEA’s stature and role. It follows a dynamic architectural theme. There will be a large breath taking atrium at the entrance that connects the users with the building atmosphere. The atrium will follow a transparent, dynamic and elegant theme reflecting the clarity of the building, to provide its users with a unique unforgettable experience.
INEA Warehouse
The design for the Institute of roads building should integrate well with the surrounding development area.
The idea is to make an elegant unique skin that highlights and emphasizes the form of the existing warehouse. And provide glass facades to the workshop and the showroom to supply the interior spaces with generous amount of sunlight, and also provide access and visibility.
