The project provides spaces in the form of an architectural hub where migrant workers are able spend the day/night. The massing is composed of a permanent structure made which is a typical left on concrete skin building. The temporary modular units are made of glass, steel, and wood. The program provided includes a cafeteria, a library, lounges for relaxation, and outdoor terraces.
